Amber Rowlands is a photographer she lives and works in London.
Initially shooting for i-D magazine in the late 90s she went on to study for an MA in fine art photography at LCC. Amber currently works with a diverse range of magazines shooting fashion, portraits and documentary. Her personal project Suited and Booted received attention and acclaim from The Observer Newspaper – Sean O’Hagen and The Mack book award ‘Amber Rowlands, whose series feels like the beginnings of both a wonderful body of work and the first soundings of a powerful and distinctive artists voice’ – Micheal Mack
Amber’s practice is recognised for her collaborative relationships and particular aesthetic consequently she is commissioned by a wide range of internationally respected clients.
